Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bios is currently at F61 - latest is F85.

The bios update file runs, copies the update, reboots and goes back to windows.  BIOS will not update after reboot.

If there is an option to copy the file to a USB do that and then go into the HP Hardware Diagnostics and there is an option called management and BIOS Upgrade.  Try a Manual upgrade and see if that updates the BIOS.  it should work.
