HP notebook 15r221nv

Hello, i do not know if i can get my question answered by the community, but i hope so and if not, any advice is gladly welcomed. I have an HP laptop that when power button is pressed, it is working for 5 seconds and then turns off immediately. There is no beep or light pattern to indicate any problem. After troubleshooting i concluded it is a motherboard issue and i found a capacitor overheating. The capacitor is attached to a TPS IC and and i would like to find its capacitance value in order to replace it.  Is there a way to do that? I searched for the schematic of the IC but there was nothing i could find. Thank you in advance.
