HP Recommended

Hi, my laptop caps lock function keeps on changing every now and then. It does the opposite i.e when the caps lock light is on it gives me lower cases instead of Caps lock and vice-versa. Just when I think I will use it as it is and consider light to be lower cases, it then changes again after few minutes. It really frustrates me because it keeps on changing over and over again. What could be the cause? 

I'm using HP 14s-fq0000, Windows 11.
