I emailed the required documents for the Care pack rebate to, [content removed] on Decembe19th and again on December 28th, 2024. My three year Care pack expired on December 17th, 2024. I have not received a response as of February 7th,2024. Thats 1.5 months! I have made numerous phone calls to all the numbers I can find for HP customer service and only get a 'NO ROUTES FOUND' and get disconnected. the website HP.com/go/rebatecenter 'Cannot be found' so is not active. Can someone help me on getting a response to see if the rebate center received my email and if more info is needed?
Thank you.

Hey I have the same question. I have emailed my rebate form and invoices. I haven't gotten a confirmation email or anything else. When I call the HP Support they say HP doesn't have one for Canada. If someone could help me. Thanks

Hi Gaya1239,
I have been in contact with the escalations dept. but that is as far as it has gotten. I still do not know if my rebate form and required info was received or any additional info is needed. I was assigned a case manager and a case number. I emailed my case manager on March 5th, 2024, but have not received a response. The time frame of 90 days from the care pack rebate expiration is getting close on March 18th, 2024. Is there any way to verify my Care Pack Rebate and needed info was received and is being processed? A CONFIRMATION confirming that the Care Pack Rebate was received would go a long way in Customer Service satisfaction. This is a big problem according to this Community forum. Any help you can give to fix this problem would be helpful.
Thank You.

Hi, you should be getting and answer from HP Support soon I would hope. It only took a day or so to get my answer back from HP Support on the process to follow. FYI it is a long process. It would be nice if HP could speed thing up and let people know what is happening with their Rebate.

Hi Rachel571,
here is the info you ask for.
[Personal Information Removed]
Issue- I have had no response from the Care Pack Rebate Department. I do not know if they have received the completed rebate form and required info that was emailed to [content removed] on December 19, 2023 and again on December28,2023 as I had not received a confirmation that the Care Pack Rebate form was received. The Care Pack Warranty expired on December 17, 2023. The instructions said it would take up to 6 to 8 weeks once the completed form was received and a check in 8-10 days after the claim is processed. To date I have not received any confirmation of receipt, or check in the mail. It has been over 10 weeks and no confirmations of any kind. The rebate form says the form and required info has to be sent with in 90 days after warranty expiration which I have done 2 times (The 90 days ends on March 18,2024). Please send me verification that my rebate claim has been received and when I can expect to receive the rebate check in the mail.
Thank You,
Jerome68

Hi Rachel,
Hope you are having a nice day! In your last response you said you would escalate this case #5120015450. This has been Done Before. I still do not have a resolution to my problem. I want to be sure my rebate form was received by the deadline, as previously mentioned would be March 18th, 2024, so I do not miss out on the rebate. I do not understand the lack of communication with the customer, so they know or have a way to check on the progress of their refund. HP is a big computer business; it should not be too hard to have an automated system that would let a customer know HP has received the rebate form and how soon to expect their rebate. I have noticed in this forum that there are a number of customers that are having the same problem that I am having.
Could I please get confirmation that my rebate has been received and when to expect a check in the mail?
Thank you,
Jerome68
