In 2017 I purchased a Spectre X360 computer and a 3 year care pack -- U7C97A

 

In 2017 when I purchased the care pack, it included onsite service.

In 2017 I had service people make two visits to my home

In 2017 two HP support techs and another user confirmed that the 3 year care pack that I purchased included onsite repair

 

Now in 2019 I need repair, but HP is claiming that the care pack DOES NOT include onsite support.

 

IS there anyone else who had this problem? How did you fix? Do you have a copy of the 2017 care pack services??

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
