I am writing this to warn every HP user and to demand immediate intervention from the Executive Escalation Team.

The Nightmare: My premium gaming laptop has been systematically destroyed by HP's own onsite support over the last two months.

  1. First Technician: Removed the factory structural adhesive ("backtape") and fled the site after a 15-minute hack job, leaving the display assembly loose and compromised.

  2. Second Technician (Dec 1): Arrived without the mandatory back-cover part to fix the mess left by the first guy. Despite missing the part, he attempted to force the display shut.

The Result: Service Induced Damage (SID) Because the first tech removed the tape and the second tech used excessive force, the LCD panel has been physically crushed. My screen now has a massive cluster of multi-colored stuck pixels and pressure damage that was NOT present before.

The Fraud (Unfair Trade Practice): To cover up this disaster, the technician requested an OTP, lying that it was for "Attendance Validation." He used this OTP to fraudulently mark the case as "Closed/Resolved" in the HP system to bypass the mandatory Quality Check call.

  • This is not just negligence; this is malpractice.

The Impact: I am a student. HP has wasted 2 months of my academic year fighting this issue. I have struggled through my End-Semester Exams without a proper working laptop because of your delays, and now your staff has rendered the device unusable.

Current Status: [Edited]

My Demand: I refuse any further "repairs" on this structurally compromised unit. You broke it, you bought it. I demand an immediate Unit Replacement (DOA).
