Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I think the keyboard in my laptop may have an electrical short. I've cleaned it with air, updated the drivers, and all the things. Nothing software related is helping. The ESC, F4, F7, F11, backspace, *, 8 (right side), "', G, H, and Windows key are nonresponsive. For a few weeks they would lag a bit when pressed, but if I gently held the key down eventually it would start typing again. Now they're completely kaput. 

Would replacing the keyboard help and is it possible to replace they keyboard in this model?
