So a couple days ago, certain keys on my keyboard stopped functioning. This includes the Right Arrow Key, Down Arrow Key, Pg Dn Key, 3 on the Number Pad but not on the row of numbers and the Period key right below the number of 3.

I tried many things from factory restoring the laptop to uninstalling the keyboard driver but it still doesn't work.

Thank You

@DaichiOscar

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

It's a pleasure assisting you in finding answers to your technical queries.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Are you facing this issue after an update?

Check if the keys are working with an alternate Keyboard?

Have you tried updating the BIOS and Chipset?

Could you please help me with the exact product number or the model name to assist you better.

Let's check if you are facing the same issue in the BIOS page.

Follow the below steps to boot into BIOS page.

1. Turn on or restart the computer.

2. While the display is blank.
