Certain keys on my keyboard don't work for no reason. They haven't been physically damaged at all, and I never messed with the keys any time before. The keys that aren't working are Caps Lock, Esc, Tab, Fn, and "2" (not on the numpad). As I was looking at my devices and seeing if my keyboard needed to update, I noticed three random events that happened on March 15th, which is around the time I started having all of these issues. I'm not sure if this is some common issue with an update, or something out of the blue, but I can provide more details and go in depth about the events if needed. Thanks in advance.

Please try reinstalling the Keyboard Driver from Device Manager

- Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.

- Look for Keyboard Adapters and expand the List

- Look for Keyboard driver then right-click it, and select Update Driver.

- Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

- If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver: Open Device Manager, right-click the Keyboard driver and select Uninstall. Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

Thank you
