Change my battery.

I want to change my computer battery, and I have contacted two HP authorized service centers:
The first one told me: My computer is not supported by them.
The second told me: He will not give me a new battery because I am out of warranty.
And the location of two service centers in Egypt, what should I do to get a new battery?

Buy one online, have it shipped to you and replace the old battery with the new.

Why doesn't the authorized sales center sell the battery to me?
The company is supposed to provide an authorized service center to save effort and time for me ?

If you are out of warranty the service center really has very little to do with it. HP only stocks batteries for a short time. Your laptop is old enough that you have to buy from an aftermarket vendor. Good news is its a simple customer removeable battery; not internal like most current models.
