Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have placed an order for this product. It still has not shipped. There is only one thing I am not happy with.  It has 8GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB) . Is there any way for me to tell them to change the RAM to 2x8 GB sticks for a total of 16 GB ?

Hi,

No, this is not a CTO model. You have to upgrade the ram youself.
