Changringer disalbels Display and Charging on USB-C Travel Dock

HP Recommended
Specter USB-C Travel Dock
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Envy x360 13 ay0509nz and a dock (2SR85AA#ABB). So far they were doing a great job.

As I leave my charger at work i didin't have it at home and had to use a lenovo usb PD charger which works greart (directly).

Until i tried to use the pass through chaging of the dock as soon as plug it in th led turns off and back on. The laptop makes the "device pulled out & plugt in" sound, you see the battery icon quickly flashing charging and the externel display (HDMI) and gigabit ethernet disconnect (and wont work). The USB hub just reconnects and is the only thing that works with the charger pulgt in to the hub.

Do i have a faultiy dock or dose it no support usb PD propperly (only the "HP version" of it)?

thanks for any help/advice

Chose

PS: I know that HP recomends there power brick but USB PD is USB PD und lenovo would be the last companie i don't trust with chargers for laptops (us it for my phone too)
