Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
I need your help.

I have a hp omen notebook (15-ax000nl) and when i connect it to AC adapter it charges for few seconds (4-5) and then stops.

I have change AC adapter, update bios and chipset, try different OP systems (tried with Windows and Ubuntu) but I can't solve issue. 

Can you help me please?

How old is the laptop? Have you run a diagnostic test on the battery?

Hi Huffer,

the battery is new, I changed it yesterday.
The laptop is 4 years old

Have you run a  diagnostic test on the battery? Is it a genuine HP part?

Yes, the battery is an original part HP and it passed all steps of diagnostic

Please post the advanced results of the battery test. This shows the age of the battery, health of each cell, etc. Not impossible to get a bad brand new battery.
