Hello

I wanna ask about charger adaptor of spectre x360.

I wanna buy this one.

Is there a certain code from the charger so i don't make the wrong  purchase?

The part number is 741727-001

So, you can perform an online search with the part number.

Basically what you need a 45W (or higher) ac adapter with 4,5 barrel adapter (blue tip)

Yeah this charger works.

But, i get an electric shock when i use the laptop while charging.

(Electric shock when i hold the laptop).

The old one is not like that.

Could you give me some light about this?

Why you stop using the old charger?

Maybe the new charger is defective in some way.

I would try with a different charger. Most likely you can use one from a friend (blue tip HP) or you could try at your local PC shop.
