I have a new HP Envy x360. Do I have to keep it plugged in or plugged off when its 100% changed?
I charge it to 100% and then I unplug the charcher up to 10-20%, then I plug it again.
I do not know what is best, to keep it always plugged in or only when it needs to be charged?

It will not hurt to leave it plugged in whenever you can -- as the battery will not overcharge and you don't run the risk of the battery dying because you left the laptop unplugged and forgot about it.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
