Product: HP ENVY - 13-ab004na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP Envy 13-ab004na Laptop, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 13.3" QHD+, Natural Silver bought in India
Can I use the same charger in USA as I’m moving for a few months. Or do I need anything else to make it work

Yes. It will.
Almost all HP power adapters will work with 100-230 VAC and 50-60 Hz.
The one your notebook was delivered with is one of them.
.
You will need to get a cable for the power adapter that fits the wall socket in North America. The HP part number is 213349-015.
