I bought my laptop last year, May 8,2018. Last week, I noticed that it wasn't getting full after charging it overnight like I usually do. At first, it only gets 93% but now, it only charges up to 87%. As I have diagnosed it with HP Diagnostics as well as HP Support Assistant Battery troubleshooter, it says that the battery fuse was broken and it needs replacement. Will it be covered by my warranty? Thanks in advance for answering my inquiry.

@Maryrose20 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that battery charging issue.
As you have stated that you have performed the battery test on the HP support assistance.
The issue with the battery, I would suggest you contact phone support.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
