Good afternoon! Notebook OMEN 15-en0000 (26N12AV). Can I charge the battery of this laptop via the Tape-C connector from a USB outlet? What cable model do I need?

I think you are asking about USB type C (USB-C) port. What is your OMEN 15-en0000 (26N12AV) machine ? I think it has

 

 
1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge); 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate (HP Sleep and Charge); 2 SuperSpeed USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate; 1 Mini DisplayPort™; 1 HDMI 2.0a; 1 RJ-45; 1 AC smart pin; 1 headphone/microphone combo

 

Its USB-C port does not support Power Delivery thefore you can't use USB-C charger to charge your machine. You can use it to charge other devices such as phones, tablets ...
