Product: HP 14-fq0000 Laptop PC (1W4P0AV)

My laptop has been blue screening as Driver Power State Failure, and the issue was the Chipset Drivers. However, I do not know where to find this specific driver. I'd like to know where and fix the problem.

HP does not provide the AMD chipset drivers you need for your notebook.

 

You can use the ones directly from the AMD website.

 

AMD Ryzen™ and Athlon™ Mobile (Chipset) Drivers & Support | AMD

 

Download and install the W10 or W11 driver as applicable.
