Chrome OS

My Chromebook 14-ca061dx will shut down as I am working on it. I am not sure why. It will just turn off, and I will need to press the button to turn it back on.

 

Then, the other day, it suddenly did a factory reset on its own. Please help; according to its S/N, it still has 6 months of warranty. I'd like to be able to use it and get this fixed. Thanks!

Perform a Power Reset using this link: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c01684768 

 

Then, perform a Reset your Chromebook to factory settings.

 

Use this link: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en to reset.
