I currently have the HP Envy x360 convertible 15m laptop. I have had it for 14 months now and absolutely love it. I however am about to cry due to this tragic event
Yesterday I accidentally spilled a little bit of coffee on my keyboard (smooth, I know)
Pros: the laptop is running fine, I have had no issues with the battery or it charging, no issues with it shutting off, no issues with it malfunctioning, no issues with weird noises/beeping, all lights on the keyboard function, sound is still intact and sounds great
Cons: I am having some issues with some keys sticking ( I am about to pop off the keys and properly clean them) NOW the real route of the problem, my Num Lock won't work so now I can't type/use those numbers. The functions of the keys 8, 4, 6, 7, 9 all still work except when I need to input a numerical value.
Any suggestions about what I can possibly do to get that functioning again?
Everything else works besides that

@NURSETORI , welcome to the forum.
I am sorry that you had your accident, but we all so things that wish we had back! Here is a video that should help you clean the keys:
Make certain to test the keys before using too much pressure to remove them. I believe that they should be removable, however.
I would appreciate hearing if the video helped you or not.

Thank you for the additional information, @NURSETORI!
It is so difficult to know what, if any, damage was done to the keyboard from the coffee. You might try using some canned air to blow in the mechanism for the NUM LOCK key. Don't blow it directly, however. It could damage it worse. You may have to replace the keyboard. I'm afraid that I don't any further ideas for you. Good luck!
