Unfortunately, upgrading the TPM 1.2 firmware or hardware is not possible for the  HP Elitebook 8570w.

The only notebooks that support an upgrade are listed at the link below:

Atualização de segurança do Infineon TPM | Suporte HP®

If you wanted to upgrade the TPM device to 2.0 in order to install W11, none of the processors supported in the model series meet Microsoft's minimum W11 Intel processor requirements of an Intel 8th generation core or newer processor.

If you are interested in doing an in-place upgrade from W10>W11 as is, you can, but you will have to use a workaround that bypasses the W11 hardware checks.

Watch this video for the easiest way that I know of to do an in-place upgrade from W10>W11 25H2:

Boa tarde.

A gráfica é no formato MXM (Mobile PCI Express Module).

Good afternoon.

Thank you for your reply.

However, regarding the incompatibility of TPM version 2.0 with the 8570w, I know from a source that sp73841.exe is potentially a viable option for this replacement. However, I can't find it.

My laptop has version 25H2, and it works excellently. The processor is an i7-3840QM 2.8GHz, 32GB of RAM, and it has a SATA and mSATA SSD. The graphics card is a K2000M, working without problems, and I really like the laptop. The graphics card is in MXM (Mobile PCI Express Module) format. The same laptop can handle an AMD FirePro M4000 (official) or a GTX 965M (unofficial) with modifications.

I only intend to change the TPM to make it advantageous for security updates. However, the laptop has BitLocker.

It's a quality laptop, aesthetically pleasing, and still holds up well...it would be a shame not to take advantage of it and keep it.

You're very welcome.

sp73841 does not exist on the HP FTP servers.

Upgrading the TPM 1.2 security device to 2.0 is not possible.

Thank you for your attention.

The sp73841.exe file is official and was the only way to update the TPM to 2.0. Although it is not currently officially available, it did exist. Thank you.

Good morning.

Could someone provide the official sp73841.exe file so I can replace TPM version 1.2 with 2.0? According to HP, sp73841.exe was officially available, but it is no longer available. If anyone has it, I would appreciate it if you could share it.

Thank you.
