Ok so I am glad you have updated the BIOS and I will have "no more problems" but how do I get my computer to turn on in the first place so i can down load theses BIOS?

please help me.My hp compaq 615 can't start up again.It only blinks at caplocks,the fan blows and the engine is on but nothing shows up on the screen.whats the solution?
