Compaq Presario CQ61-323ER processor upgrade

Current processor: Intel Core 2 Duo T6600

Problem: after I finally upgraded my old Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (clear installation on the new SSD) I received an opportunity to identify which PC parts are fully loaded. After I installed new SSD, the new problem occurred - processor, because  via Task Manager I can see that it's usage is about 95%, while watching YouTube or surfing the Net via Chrome.

So, using this website https://www.cpu-upgrade.com/CPUs/Intel/Core_2_Duo_Mobile/T6600.html, I figured out which processor I can replace my current part with. I want to install Intel Core 2 Duo T9800. But there's a question. Is this upgrade worth the money and my efforts or its 2.933 GHz frequency won't change anything?

P8700 was the highest and best processor originally offered. A T9800 may or may not work. If it does, it is an excellent processor and will make the laptop perform much better but I am just concerned the BIOS will not be set up to utilize the T9800. 

HP has pretty much withdrawn information about that model from this site but I found this link to the Service Manual:

Thank you for quick response. It's a great manual! I've never seen it, thank you. Are there any ways to check my BIOS capability with T9800?

Not other than trying it. I'm maybe 70% it would work.

OK, I got it, thank you very much. I think it'll fit: my PM45 chipset supports T9800, T9800 has the same TDP, core's and thread's quantity and is made for the same Socket P.

Actually, at first I wanted to buy T9900, but I can't find it anywhere! While searching, I found out that there's an alternative to it - Core 2 Duo E8435. Maybe, I should try that?
