Product: HP Notebook - 14-bp070sa

I have been contacted regarding a broken Bezel and a cracked Keyboard housing, the upper part of the bottom of the laptop. How / where do I find the part numbers for these and do they have compatible parts with regard to other 14 inch BP models (or indeed, any other models) ?!?

I do not have the laptop in my possession in order to open it up and get the part numbers !!!

Thanks in advance ...

PS ... I searched Bezel on https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/ but the results make no sense at all !!!

I'm sorry, but all that link does is take me back to the page I started on to get here !!!
I don't pay for support, so nobody's going to answer me, I've asked a question that I shouldn't need to ask because finding things like this out shouldn't be difficult !!!
But what should I expect, after all, a free answer ?!?!?!?!?
