Hello, I am planning to buy a 1 tb samsung 980 Nvme M.2 SSD for my laptop. Is it compatible and I’m trying to find out if there will be no issues to it once it is installed?

Oh yes I forgot to put 16 between it lol. Thank you so much! Do you think I should put it in the first slot or the second slot? The first slot contains a 512 ssd by default on purchase

Keep the primary slot as it is now and add new drive to the spare/empty slot.
