Hi:

 

Unfortunately, no one would be able to answer that question because HP uses memory from at least four different memory manufacturers such as Micron, Samsung, Hynix and Kingston.

 

If you want to find out the exact model memory chip HP installed in your notebook, you can run the free utility I zipped up and attached below and it will tell you everything you want to know about the memory that is currently installed.

 

You should be able to use a compatible memory chip from Crucial, which is the retail division of Micron, and it should work fine with whatever brand memory HP installed in your notebook.

 

This would be the one you want:
