I recently had to rest my notebook to factory condition due to issues caused when an HP tech took control of my computer and wreaked havoc on my system. Since resetting my computer my battery locks immediately after receiving the "low battery" warning. It looks like the low battery alert is sent when the battery is at 1% which may be why it immediately locks but I'm not seeing a setting to change this.

 

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Do you want to change the low battery notification settings?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
