OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (755F7AV)

Computer is not starting up and not giving any sign of life. My brother is having the same laptop so we checked the power supply on his laptop and my power supply is working correctly. Also when using his power supply doesn't solve the issue. Battery indicator shows a full battery after some time connected to the power supply.

My brother had a similar issue some time ago and his motherboard was replaced onsite by an HP technician. The service was arranged quickly and handled satisfactorily. I'm trying to get  in contact with HP support for 1 month now and i get stuck in the virtual agent. Up to 2 times someone has been at the door to pick up the laptop without any form of advance notice and identification. I didn't trust this and therefore didn't give the laptop. In addition, I still have warranty and onsite service.

So how can i make an appointment with an engineer for onsite repair on the short term, because i can't use my laptop for some weeks now and I'm a little disappointed in the service.

Hi @RobindR,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve been facing with both the laptop and the support process. It can be incredibly frustrating when you're unable to get the assistance you need, especially with such important issues.

I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
