Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning everyone, recently, I noticed that my HP computer has become much slower and could not keep many chrome tabs open, I went to task manager and saw that windows for some reason now uses 3.5 GB of ram instead of 7 GB as before, it says that 4.5 GB is reserved for hardware. Is there a way to get my ram back? Ram for this model is 8 GB
