Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2K7AV)

I have a problem with my left hinge that started approximately a year after I purchased the computer. The hinge on the left fell apart without any damage to the computer. I was okay when the seal started coming off but when the hinge started having problems that is when I decided to write on this community page. I would like some resolution to this problem because this device is needed for my career. For HP to have this as a known problem I am surprised why a recall has not been put in place. These devices are not inexpensive and to have it literally fail within a year is not good. I hope that someone contacts me as to how I can get this resolved
