HP Envy x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I have an HP Envy x360 Convertible, but I'm confused that which model it is. At the bottom of the computer, the model is written15-dr1058ms. HP Support Assistant also says that. But pretty much everywhere else in Windows, like Control Panel, the Settings app, System Information (msinfo32.exe), pressing the Fn + Esc Keys and more, it says HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1xxx.

So I'm confused. Is it HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1058ms or is it HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1xxx? What does the xxx mean? It would be highly appreciated if someone were to help me with this.

Hi,

The xxx stands for any number

So the series is 15-dr1xxx

and your model is the 15-dr1058ms which is part of the 15-dr1xxx (or sometimes written as 15-dr1000) series.

Hope it helps,

David
