Consistent SSD 256 gb is not shown in bios setup even after installing it.so how to change setting for boot from hdd to SSD.please let me know.

Your model supports M.2 NVMe as well as M.2 SATA SSDs, so that's not an issue here.

 

Not sure if you already installed Windows on the 256 GB M.2 SSD or not.

 

BIOS may not recognize the SSD unless it is bootable with Windows installed on. 

 

If you installed Windows on the M.2 drive but cannot boot from it, remove the hard drive and see if the system boots from the M.2 SSD. Once the notebook boots from the SSD, reconnect the hard drive and reformat it to use it for data storage.
