Hi Gianluca,

 

This usually means that the fan needs to be replaced. It is not a very difficult fix in your PC. The part number for the fan is 813946-001 and on page 55 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the fan.

I believe you are from Italy, so you can perform an online search with part number and find the fan:

 

Example:

 

https://10000informatica.it/ventole-fan-hp/2050-ventola-fan-hp-255-g5-255-g4-250-g5-250-g4-15-ba-15-...

 

You can also look at these HP videos for your model (click on base enclosure and then on fan in list on left)
