Could HP please compatible with ChangXin Memory DRAM particles？

Dear HP's engineers:

        Sorry to bother you. I'm a Chinese HP user,and I love HP. I have a problem currently: I have a HP EliteBook 820 G4 notebook, when I changed its memory to 32G Dual Channal  DDR4 (Model：2xGloway International YCT4S2666D19161C, cotain ChangXin Memory DRAM particles), it can be run,but not unstable, appear intermittent BSOD with  beep (Bug Check String : MEMORY_MANAGEMENT; Bug Check Code : 0x0000001a), it can be reappeared after sale replacement for same memory model, and it can be disappeared when I swap back HP’s pre installed memory,so I confirm the BSOD is a compatibility issue. As we all konw, China is a huge maket for HP, and ChangXin is Chinese own memory DRAM particles, it'll be more and more Chinese by memories contain ChangXin Memory DRAM particles near future, so I'm glad if HP has a plan to update its BIOS to address BSOD and compatible with ChangXin Memory DRAM particles,thanks a lot.
