Product: HP ProBook 4545s Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have this laptop and want to upgrade CPU. Now it si AMD A4-4300M, and I find AMD A8-Series A8-5550M  2.1 GHz Quad-Core. Laptop start with new CPU, and fun working, but black screen are showed and HDD led blinks.

Hi:

 

According to chapter 1 of the service manual, the processor you installed is not supported.

It appears that the best processor you can install in that model is the AMD A8-4500M.
