Dear community,
Unfortunately, the top lid of my laptop got cracked when I opened it a month ago. Below is a picture of it. I was very much bummed out by this crack, because every time I opened the laptop, the crack just got more bigger. It has now reached a point where I am trying to glue the crack with strong glue, in the hope that I can keep using it for studying. I am posting this message with the hope that this community can give me advice on how to fix this issue. I bought this laptop for over 1000 euros and it's a shame that this issue is one caused by the hinge design flaw. That's why I was wondering whether HP has any repair program that fixes this for free of charge. Any help, advice or suggestions would be very much appreciated:)

Hello
unfortunately we can not answer instead of HP
I guess the computer is no longer guaranteed?
Check the guarantee conditions of your country, In France we have an additional guarantee, but at the expense of the seller
I do not recommend the glue, it may not work for a long time and further degrade the device
I am making a request so that an Hp employee can answer you!
