HP EliteBook 840 G8
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I received a HP EliteBook 840 G8 from my company and the ctrl + alt + delete combination is not working. I installed HP hotkeys Driver with no luck. I installed HP Diagnostics, ran a keyboard test and all keys seem to work fine.  I tried to plug a USB keyboard and it works in the external keyboard. So, I'm suspecting some kind of driver problem with the integrated keyboard.

Can you please help me?

To add a bit more information, if I show the on-screen keyboard and I hold CTRL pressed and then press ALT, I see all key presses disappear in the virtual keyboard. That is, you press CTRL + ALT and it's like having no pressed key. However, some other 3-key shortcuts like Windows+CTRL+O to start the on-screen keyboard work perfect. I tried removing the keyboard devices so they are reinstalled after rebooting, but nothing changed.
