Hi! I got the problem on two of the same model already, and several more come. And I'm pretty sure it's some Synaptics PointStyk device problem, probably driver problem but also can be a hardware issue. When the system boots up, the cursor is ok. But when you try to use PointStyk to move the cursor down with a little more force it starts to move down infinitely. The speed and direction of movement can be changed sometimes by pushing PointStyk down again but you can't stop this in any way without rebooting the system or disabling that device in the system's Device Management. I'm already tried to install the driver named Synaptics PointStyk Driver (sp112587.exe) but no luck. Also, that device is marked with a yellow sign in Device Manager.
A small update! It happens in the BIOS setup too, so it's likely a hardware issue.

Ok, the support confirmed it's a hardware issue with the PointStyk device. So, because we don't need that very useful device, for now, I just found its connector on the touchpad under the battery and just disconnected it. Everything goes fine now, no one suffering.
If you want to do it too, keep in mind that you can damage your device and void the warranty!
