Yep. I assigned it to a game. Wizard101 and the game crashes now.

That is not good. You may have to remove and reinstall the driver since it was installed in fixed mode and now you have dynamic mode.

Ok. So went into safe mode and uninstalled all my video drivers using a third party app called "Display Driver Uninstaller" because after I switched my graphics from fixed to dynamic in the BIOS the uninstaller didnt work.

I rebooted normally and installed the AMD 6770m Video drivers provided by Hp Support for the dv6t6100 CTO Quad and rebooted again. I configured Catalyst Control Center to give me a popup to ask which GPU I want to use when I launch an application for the first time. I launched the game Wizard101 as a test, got the popup, set it to High Preformance GPU, and ran the game on max video settings without a problem. But Wizard101 is a low demanding game.. So now Im on Steam downloading GunZ 2 which uses way more graphics and is within my GPU capabilities. So now the moment of truth. I am downloading GunZ 2 as we speak and I will let you know how it goes :P. Thank you for your patience and taking the time out to help me. It is greatly appriciated.

So switching it to Dynamic  in the BIOS, uninstalling my Graphics drivers in safemode with Display Driver Uninstaller and reinstalling the Drivers Normally and assigning the game to the high proformance GPU seemed to fix it. Thank you for your help I truly appriciate it. You saved my butt 😄
