Common problems for Battery
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about: Battery Reports, Hold a charge, Test and Calibrating Battery . Check out this link: Is your notebook plugged in and not charging?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP envy notebook i7 5th generation having a 950m xt nvidia graphics card.

My latop is not charged when I plug in the charger. Its battery is fully discharged and I am unable to power it on. The charging light also don't lit up but is fine because it blinks when I press the power button. Other chargers also won't work. My charger would work on other laptops. I think my laptop's power jack is out of order. I want to replace it.

I want to know that can I use other similar looking power jack harness cable for my laptop. For example, can I use DC Jack Harness Cable For HP Pavilion 15-AC026DS 15-ac055nr 15-ac121dx.

Is the Power Jack for this model soldered into the motherboard or free from motherboard?

Moreover, where could I find these apart from HP store?
