HI
Why as i turn on my laptop the free space of my HDD in partion of Windows C decrease 1GB?
I am not doing anything but the machine deduct my storage space.
How to stop that ?

Windows sets restore points which require storage. You can adjust how much storage can be used for restore points which will delete older points. You can also turn off restore point creation but that is not recommended.

Also Windows can do updates and the downloaded updates take space. These can also be removed by just cleaning the drive.
A modern operating system is not a static thing it will kepp taking up more disk space unless you take control of it.
