eu quero atualizar meu w7 em w10,. mas não consigo passar do software digitalpersona pro. O processo de atualização do Windows me diz para desativar esse software, mas não o encontro instalado. já usei vários outros programas para o encontrar, mas eles não conseguem identificar esse software.

Solved: Uninstall DigitalPersona Pro - HP Support Community - 5299674

 

You may have to reinstall the HP Protect tools software for W7, then restart the PC, then uninstall the HP protect tools software again and restart the PC.

 

Here is the ProtectTools security manager software link to reinstall the software.
