HP 14s - DR2006TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had bought the HP 14s - DR2006TU on Jan 21, 2021, from Flipkart. After one month of usage, it gets more heat in 2min whenever I logged into a machine. So I complained to HP support team via the social site. They called me and asked the more details. They tried to fix it but not solve it yet, it been 1 month they took my laptop to the Authorised service center. Finally, they issue DOA letter on my laptop to get a replacement machine in 14 working days. HP team saying that I need to contact Flipkart and get a replacement item or return amount. But Flipkart told me it will take a max of 6days to get resolve. I'm worrying if 14day time will get over or if Flipkart denied the DOA? What do I do? Please anyone help with this.
