HP Notebook - 15-ac136ds
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

About 4 days ago, my DVD drive stopped writing DVDS. I can still burn cds  and the drive works fine with everything else. I uninstalled 2 programs i use for dvds and re-installed.......nothing. The built-in Windows dvd burner also doesn't work and Microsoft told me it is a hardware issue.
