"I got an OEM disk of windows 7 home premium with this laptop at the time of purchase and other DVD writers are not able to read this OEM disk."
I am curious about that statement, please explain. What is meant by "other DVD writers? If that means other PC's DVD drives, then perhaps the disk is defective.
For better help a more complete model number is required as there are many "Compaq 610 laptop" models.
Looking at the various drives that come up with that search on EBay, here are ones that might work

As the Other Person indicated, it's quite possible that the one DVD media is defective, and your internal DVD optical drive is working correctly, and does not need to be replaced. Try your media in some other computers, to see if it can be read as "data" files. Try some other DVD media, such as a commercially-produced movie, loaded in your internal DVD optical drive, to see if other media can be read.
Note that an external CD/DVD reader/writer, with a USB connection, not necessarily branded as being an HP device, might be less expensive to purchase, especially if you would have to pay a computer technician to disassemble and swap and reassemble your computer, to replace the optical device.

Thanks for replying.
The complete information about the model number and serial number about my laptop is bellow-
Serial number of laptop- CNU00540C5
Product- WP374PA#ACJ
Model Number- CPQ610TT5870Q5X320NRBNCN32Xa
The problem is other PC's DVD writers are not compatible with my OEM disk. I checked the OEM disk in Dell laptops and in Lenovo laptops. But I also include that one of the dell laptop was compatible with my OEM disk but this is 2 years old story and now I am not in touch with that person who has that laptop. That is why I want to purchase a original DVD writer of my Compaq 610 model laptop.

From the most recent post - "The problem is other PC's DVD writers are not compatible with my OEM disk" sounds to me that you are confusing the content on the disk is not compatible and not the disk itself.
Depending on the availability for that part, i see no reason to not try a USB external DVD drive to see if that will accomplish what you want for now.
BTW: I found the part number for the DVD drive - https://microdream.co.uk/hp-compaq-610-dvd-rewritable-sata-drive-ad-7581s-538442-001.html#.WgxIrTdry...
