Laptop completely dead as I was playing warframe on it then due to low battery it shuts off. Sometimes I played on it while on work while connected to power outlet for charging. But as I connected it back to power it didn't showed me sign of life no lights what so ever and tried changing the fuse for the power cable still nothing. Community help is appreciated in this case as I bought this only 2 months ago.

No LEDS with a power adapter plugged in can mean a failed power adapter or an issue with the system board or battery.
At two months of ownership it is a better idea to contact HP for warranty support as it is free and covers the issues I just mentioned.
I recommend that you use the link below to do the warranty check and the contact HP by one of the methods it suggests.

gave the laptop to third party repairs man as it was indicated that IC was being problematic !
Now didn't know what to do to solve this issue or to proceed with the repair but all in all the charger wasn't working and the laptop was not opened it was checked physically in front of me in person.
