HP pavilion x360 convertible 14M-CD0001D
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

i bought 2 of the HP pavilion x360 convertible 14M-CD0001D laptops back on dec 13th 2018.. one of them was for my daughter for homeschool and the other was for myself for work.. around November of 2019 my daughter was complaining that her laptop was becoming difficult to open but it didn't seem to be a bother if it was in the 360 feature and you put it back to laptop feature but opening it from the completely closed is when it seemed to get caught up but didn't look as it was catching on anything then one morning I went to get her set up for her homeschool class for the laptop to kind of feel like it was locking at the open point at like a 45 degree angle so I looked over it and from the looks of it nothing was caught on anything to keep it from not open and hinges looked like they always had.. I then closed the laptop and go to try to open it again and at that point it opened but as though it was just giving a hard time to open but it was opening so I took my time with opening it and when I got it opened half way between 45 and 90 degree opened wise I I decided to give it a break for a minute and I went to get my laptop so my daughter could use mine for class.. when I came back  to open it the rest of the way it opened the rest of the way and I go to turn on the laptop and noticed that the screen had pulled away from the corner bottom by the hinge so I decided to leave it be while I sat with my daughter during homeschool.. out of habit when. We are done with class I usually take and close up the laptops and put them away so not thinking I closed it and when I realized it I went to opened it back off and it opened with no problem so I thought until I had it opened half way and seen that even though it didn't look as such but the screen was like as if it was caught and it ended up pulling the screen away from the back from the bottom corn above the hinge breaking the screen horribly and completely messing up the digitizer.. now with my x260 laptop I had it for 7 or 8 months when a handful of my keys on my keyboard stopped working which I wasn't to bothered by since there is the one screen keyboard plus I bought a blue tooth keyboard.. then the other day I noticed that it was starting to give an issue when it came to opening the laptop then 3 days later without using within them 3 days I had to use it for a job I have to do for a customer.. I opened it with a little difficulty.. everything was fine then about 30 minutes later was standing instead of sitting so therefore I had to adjust the angle of the screen just a little so I see from a standing stand point. Once I did that no sooner then me taking my hand of the laptop and look down at the keyboard I hear a loud pop and I then notice the bottom corner of  the screen had separate or pop out and it can't be popped back in unless it look as though if you try to fix it it will break the screen.. right now the screen is working fine but I can't close the laptop and I have a clamp paper clip keeping the screen from getting snagged on anything and causing it to break as bad as my daughters did.. I spent almost $1000.00 for both of these laptops with the mindset that they would last a long while like my other hp laptop had lasted me.. my daughter laptop was used for homeschool only.. they were never dropped or mistreated in anyway.. i can only hope HP makes this issue right since I don't have the money to buy 2 more laptops nor do I have the money to have them replaced.. I will def think twice when it comes to buying any more laptops with the 360 feature

I have submitted the information I was asked to the HP expert whom asked for it and still have yet to get any response back.. at this point I'm not very hopeful that HP will help make this right.. since I have tried reaching out several times after submitting the info asked and neither time have I received any kind of response back.. very disappointing to a once a very happy loyal customer..
