Product: OMEN Transcend 14 inch Gaming Laptop PC 14-fb0000 (9F276AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Out of all my laptops this is the only laptop that has a problem with keycaps. The "A" key has started to bubble and delaminate despite this laptop handled with care. 

 

How do I order and replace the key cap?
