Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I bought my  HP laptop Pavilion 15-cs3xxx  in March 2020.

Yesterday, during use,  the screen frame of my laptop came off,  the position of the laptop screen can no longer be adjusted.

Is that a known issue? 

 

Is there a way to fix ?

I am located in Bucharest, Romania.
